Is the distribution set functionality available at PO level?

I know the distribution set function is available at the AP invoice level, but we have a scenario where customer want to set up the distribution upfront at PO level. Just take the example of rent expenses, customer want to distributed these expenses by cost centre.

What can be a solution or workaround of this problem
