can Organisation hierarchy changes be reported on?

I want to be able to report when a hierarchy level has changed for an Organisations

Hi,

This is my first time posting here - so hopefully there is a guru out there that can help me out with this reporting dillemma.

I am trying to find a way to identify when there has been a change to the hierarchy within Organisations, when no other changes are made to the Orgs (such as a change in name etc.)

Here is the scenario. 

Let's say I have 50 Orgs, but I have 2 Orgs (both currently sitting at level 1 hierarchy) that were created last month.  Today, I add Org B to level 2 hierarchy for Org A. (So now Org A parent, Org B child)
