Error when submitting the performance document for approval

Hello,

We have a performance document that gets submitted for approval automatically when the preceding task is completed i.e. Manager Evaluation. So, once the manager submits the document should route for approval, however in our case it is giving attached error and also the transaction under transaction console shows under "Stuck" status.

Has anyone else faced this?

Below are few checks that we have already performed:

1) Ran the LDAP processes and re-generated data roles

2) Using the seeded roles of Employee and Line Manager that has the needed privileges

3) Tried Classic and Newsfeed UI but the error still persists.
