Need the Attachments to show on Requisition Draft/Pending Approval PDF or Add the Data Model for Req

Attachments do not show to approvers on the Draft version of the Requisition PDF nor in the approval email/bell icon.

The use case here is:

1. Requester creates a smart form requisition with details captured in an information template (attachment category is "to Buyer" although that's irrelevant here). Requester submits the requisition and it requires approval.
2. Approver is notified via bell icon and email. However, the details that describe the purchase that were captured in the information template attachment are not shown in any of the notifications. Even the Requisition PDF does not show the information.

The approver should be notified that there is an attachment to review before they take action on the requisition. The smart form description could be misleading and the approver could approve something they wouldn't have if they had more information on the product the requester is intending on purchasing.
