Postal Code field is disabled and set as mandatory

Hi, 

Acting as external candidate, I could not complete my application on the career site as the Postal Code field is disabled (Address section). This is causing the error as the field is not completed however I'm unable to fill in the details. 

Has anyone faced the same issue? Appreciate for some guidance on how to resolve the issue.
