Hey,

I am curious to know if anyone knows of a creative way to add a form to the candidate's application; something similar to a disclosure form that the candidate needs to acknowledge / sign during the application.

 

My thought was to create 2 EFFs (1 read only; 1 standard text field to capture a signature) and group them together, but my concern is if an EFF would be able to handle the text limit and format needed for a large form.

 

I will toy with this idea, but if anyone has any experience or additional ideas, please comment. I am open for any and all creative solutions.
