Is there any process or way from Back-end to update goals in performance document

Currently if employee did some changes in their goals or added new goal then manager has to click on update goal under action in order to pull those updated or newly added goal in Performance document.

So I was wondering if there is any process that can be scheduled to run daily so that goals got updated automatically in performance document rather than manager clicking on update goals.

Or Is there any other way to do this from back end.

Thanks,

Ankit
