Contingent Workers will be hired through ORC. However, the Contingent Worker application will always be supplied by the Staffing Agents. We will uptake the 20C upgrade in August and hoping to use the ‘Skip Prospect Candidate Process’ functionality.
Contingent Worker applicant, in essence, is not engaged through the application-selection process. The exception being a quick interview by the hiring manager.
Hence, the absolute need is not to trigger any notification to the candidate during the application through the selection process. Only the Staffing Agent should get all the notifications. Is it possible?
