Report to show only Incidents for Contacts with Multiple Open incidents

Basically trying to filter out the customers with multiple open incidents


We have incident reports showing all open incidents for various queues.

Of course you can sort by ID and that gives you can scan down and see which contacts/customers have submitted multiple enquiries and therefore have multiple open incidents.

When it's really busy and our open incident list gets into the thousands, this is harder.

Is there an easy way to create a report which only shows incidents for contacts which have multiple open incidents ?

The idea being that staff can focus on closing duplicates etc
