Hi All
We have requirement to manage reference checks (No 3rd party services). Looking for suggestions on best way to capture reference contact information from candidate. And also please share best practices to handle this requirement in ORC.
Requirement
1) Capture reference contact info from candidate
2) Send an automated notification to contacts seeking feedback about candidate. 
3) Referee should be able to provide feedback online 
4) Record results in ORC.
