Hi i currently have a report which counts the number of incidents solved and unsolved, this is filtered by using incidents.assgn_acct_id and incidents.prod_hierarchy. 

I have been asked to also report on and display how many incidents have been assigned on to another group or person and who assigned the incident. Basically to show who has assigned the incident on to another person or group.

I have searched the forum and cant see if this has been asked before?
