Onboarding notification to a specific team (User or AOR) based on the selection form the checklist Q

Hi Experts,

 

We have a requirement where we have send a notification to a specific user or AOR based on the details given by the candidates Line Manager during the Onboarding Checklist (Questionnaire or Configurable form).

 

Eg; During the Onboarding the Line manager will select the list of Roles which has to be added to the Pending worker (Once he becomes employee) using a questionnaire or Configurable form. The responses has to to shared to the IT Admin managers to process.

 

If anyone has got any such requirements, appreciate your thoughts on how to implement the same.
