Hi Poornima,

We have a requirement from business to stop sending email notifications to supplier related to all sourcing activity. Almost 80% of cases internal sourcing seems to be taking part and only 20% cases where actual supplier do some action/response to these notification. Since system sends notification for all these cases supplier seems to be getting confused. 

Please let us know how we can stop sending these mail notifications to supplier for sourcing activities and how owner of negotiation can control it whether he can send the notification to supplier or not.
