Reassign Performance Documents with Terminated Managers

Hello Experts,

It is evident that from 20 B that we have a process available that will help us to change the performance document manager automatically, but when I run the suggested process, there is nothing happening as expected and documented,

Has anyone worked on this or faced this issue? if yes, please share some insights on the same.
