How to disable the skills apperaing on the chat widget as a welcome message

Hi,
I see the skills inside the Digital assistant Chat widget as a welcome message and this issue is consistent for all the DAs.
I have tried to disable maximum no. of utterances as well but the skills appears regardless.
How to disable them and have a welcome message.
eg: Hi, How can I help you today?
