Best strategy for weighed FIFO item cost.

Hi. In Oracle EBS we had FIFO layers that each one was being consumed. The item cost at a time was the weighted average of the value of the unit value of the layer and the available quantity in the layer.

In Cloud we have Valuation Units as well as transactions, what's the best way to replicate the weighted average value of an item?
