Performance Review Print to include Check-In Feedback Notes

We are currently testing implementation of Check-Ins and how the data pulls to the Performance Review and the Performance Review Print. We can successfully print the check-ins from the Performance Review as a separate document through Overall Summary> Show Feedback>Check-Ins. What would be the ideal scenario for our organization is to have the feedback notes from the Check-in on each Performance Goal and Career Development goal print on the Performance Review Print under the goal the feedback/ note was written about.
