We need to use the desktop integration for Excel when we load our benefits rates for Open Enrollment.  I was testing some OE plans and rates recently and I am unable to use the desktop integration since I receive an error.  We are currently on 20B but I checked 20C since it is loaded into our Development environment.  Has anyone had this issue and if yes, how did you resolve?
