Summary

I have added a contacts report to the incident workspace tab. On doing search and selecting the contact, the contact should get inserted into the assigned field.

Content

I have added a Custom contact report (Home Office Contact Search) to the incident workspace tab. On doing search and selecting the contact, the contact should get inserted into the custom field (Home Office Assigned). The report is only related to contact table.

I don’t want to use the contact field by default given by the OSC.

Please refer attached document for better explanation.

The one thing I tried is using the Report Format tab from where I am calling the custom script and passing the parameters. So, I am getting the column User Id but not able to send the incident Id.
