Can not add national book source

The TAR Automation Book Balance allows for regional source account input, but not source account national. I understand that this seems to work as an override to change the Source Account National. I cannot see where to input the Source Account National. 

I migrated this application from another application that has Source Accounts National, but I cannot see how they were added to the other application, based on a review of all the account settings.
