How can you add personal information to be visible from the benefits screen (Benefits --> Enrollment)

If an admin wants to look up a user's DOB from Benefits section, they have to navigate to Person Management --> Person to view that information. This can be time consuming. Is there an option to add Person information to the Benefits Admin screen?
