Enable Depot Repair Task and Functionality

Customer returned item should be repaired and shipped to customer at No cost


HI, Scenario is, a sales order has been created for Laptop and it is shipped to Customer. Invoice created and sent to customer. Invoice paid and Revenue Recognized. Now there is issue in the Laptop.Customer initiated a return. 

Business Requirement is we have to take the Returned item, repair it and send it back to Customer at no cost. 

What features need to be enabled and what setups should be done for enabling this feature in Service Logistics > Depot Repair  task

Please see attached screenshot. except for Business Unit, Iam  unable to see any Data in the tasks. What setups should be done for enabling these tasks.
