Unable to Provide Logon Credentials to Schedule a Batch

While providing logon credentials, the screen never accepts them and just keeps looping the pop up menu

I'm attempting to schedule several reports I'll need to provide daily, and when attempting to set things up, I get to the pop up menu in which you provide your logon credentials in order to schedule the batch.

The system continually asks for my user/pass but they never seem to 'take' -- and it just remains here on a loop until I give up.
