Participant feedback requested by manager - not visible to employees
Summary
Participant feedback requested by manager via performance document - not visible to employeesContent
Manager > My Team tab > Performance > Employee name > performance document > Request participant feedback (we have it embedded in questionnaire)
When a manager requests participant feedback using this navigation and the feedback is returned, it goes into the employees performance document. However, when the manager shares and releases the document with the employee to complete the document, the employee cannot see that feedback.
Is this correct functionality? I would have thought that an employee has the right to see feedback about themselves, especially if requested in their own document?
