How to get Notes data for Business Plan and Objectives using Reports

Hi,

How to fetch Notes data for Business plan and objectives using reports.

We have created custom subject area for Notes objects and can see business plan and object id values in Related object field in Notes subject area.

But we are unable to establish relationship between Custom Notes subject area and CRM - Business Plan subject area.

Kindly help with this issue.
