Hi,

I have a problem in service analytics. For a Customer Service Manager login, Team Wait Time infolet doesn't populate data though data exist for individual Customer Service Representative.

All other infolets are showing data for Service Manager login. Have anyone faced the similar problem before? Pls suggest the resolution. I have raised the and still it is under investigation.
