Performance role - database resource segregation for specific template

Hi all,

I am trying to create a new custom HR performance role that can manage and create only performance documents belonged to one performance template. For this purpose, I created a new condition rule for the HRA_EVALUATIONS database resource (in security console area).

I associated this condition to my role for the data base resource Performance Evaluation Header for the following actions: Create Performance Document; Manage Performance Document; Monitor Performance Document Missing; Monitor Performance Evaluation Section Step Late Tasks; Report Performance Document; Create Anytime Performance Document; View Performance Summary;

Testing the role, I noticed that it cannot manage performance documents that are not based on the template included in the condition but it can create every performance document through the create document functionality. Do you know how to segregate this task in order that the new role can create only performance documents for the specific template?

Howdy, Stranger!
