need candidates to be able to upload multiple supporting statements for each active vacancy they are applying for

We have live job requisitions where some candidates have applied for multiple vacancies which are live at the same time they are uploading supporting statements into each application but the supporting statement is being over written by the most recent upload.

we need candidates to be able to upload multiple supporting statements for each requisition they apply for as their are different criteria for each vacancy how do we do this?

This is for internal and external vacancies.
