400 Status in IRC_TP_EVENTS table on Resource Items (REST API)

Confirmed there are bad requests occurring when the candidate selects the submit action on their external job application...Any ideas on where to investigate next?

Hi Community,

Discovered 400 status on inbound rows created in the IRC_TP_EVENTS table today...it looks like requests on a resource item? Any ideas on how to identify what this means in the application?

Potentially relevant: in the REQUEST_HEADERS column the value for Key:Proxy-Client-IP matches the esignature IP address on the candidate's job application progress page. (This makes me think the errors are related to the resume parsing activities?)
