Hi Team,

Greetings of the day!

We have recently got access to new application & did not receive mail from oracle with temporary password like before. Instead we received My account access details stating user name & password is same as oracle acocunt. We are able to login to My account with oracle password.

We are not able to login to EPM application & Myservices. We tried same oracle account password for it but did not work. How to access environment?

It seems oracle has changed this structure now. Let us know.
