how to relate an contact as primary contact for an Account -Address

Hi All,

We have requirement, where in our customer has same customer in different locations and for each location they have different primary contact.
Because of this they are creating separate account for each location to maintain primary contact details for that location, as result customer master has become with lot of duplicate records.

Because of this while creating Lead / Opportunity, they are not able to select the correct account.

For example: we have a customer related to Hospital, a hospital can be in multiple locations in one city and each location will have primary contact like supervisor / In-charge and same location we might have different primary contacts for each floor / department as well , as at accounts we will not be able to maintain multiple primary contacts for an account, they are creating multiple accounts and to maintain Primary Contact for every address.
