Issue with Benefit Enrollment Certification Formula not able to fetch the benefit amount

Hi,
In benefits we have requirement to restrict the certification upload for a plan based on the life event and the coverage amount, for that we have used the formula type 'Enrollment Certification Required' with below formula, but at run type the formula not able to fetch the benefit amount,
Can you let us know is there any possibility to fetch the benefit amount at evaluation?
