Need to have One Performance Document with 3 different performance document workflow

We are having three PDs for the FY year Goal Setting PD, Midyear PD and Annual Appraisal PD. We need to combine these documents to be a single PD for the FY.

We are having three PDs for the FY year Goal Setting PD, Midyear PD, and Annual Appraisal PD. We need to combine these documents to be a single PD for the FY.

In Goal Setting PD the process flow has one task where the employee adds goals to the PD and goes for the approval to the Manager.

In Midyear PD the process flow has two tasks where employees self evaluates and submit the PD to the Manager for evaluation and the document will be got completed.
