Hi All-
We have been testing out Goal functionality and I am trying to understand the additional benefits that we would gain by completing the additional step of aligning goals to Manager's Goals (we are not currently using Organizational goals). Our company would like upper level managers to set goals and have them cascade down to their direct reports. We have the options for Managers to Share Goals or Assign Goals which we are reviewing these options for this... but I am trying to figure out if I should also recommend aligning and what additional functionality this will give us?
