How to link an EFF to a Geographies' LoV

Hello!

I configured some extensible flexfield for the client: they needed to put them in the job application flow to collect some additional informations from the candidates (where candidates are born).

I created the fields: Province and City of birth.

Is it possible to link them to a Geography? If yes, how to?
