Can the FYI be removed in the subject lines of the Standard and Critical alerts

I have read how to configure email notifications and there was a whole bunch of enhancements in R13. However I cannot find any documentation on the standard and critical alerts in Performance. Are these customizable also? If so,does anyone know how to do it? I just need the subject line modified. Appreciate any feedback/guidance. Thanks!
