How is everyone messaging internal candidates regarding a decline? We want to be sensitive to the situation and don't want to just send a message? But we are trying to determine how we can provide additional or comfort? It doesn't make sense to copy in each person's HR rep or manager (who may not know they have even applied). What are other customers/clients doing in this space?
