Anyone using the New Benefits Alerts



I was wondering if anyone is using or planning to use the new Benefits Alerts.  We are thinking about it, but I have a bunch of questions.

1.  For Open Enrollment Reminder/Notification is says the notification will go to anyone in Started Status.  Can additional filters be added, like to 1 specific benefits program or legal entity?  We have a group of employees that do no enroll via Employee Self Service, so do not want them to get the notification/reminder or get one with a different message (no links to employee self-service).
