Hi Experts,

I'm new to Benefits and currently setting up Dental, Medical, Vision and Dependent Care FSA plans for the client. I'm done with Dental, Medical, Vision plans, but need help with setting up rates for Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account.

The yearly limit for Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account is $5000. Here are my pointers:

1. Do I can create a Standard Rate Plan

2. How do I ensure that the employee yearly does not end exceed $5000. Is there an option which I'm missing or do I go for a FF?
