How to store Opportunity record in service requests sub-tab ?

Hi Team,

I am having a button as "Create opportunity" which will create a record into opportunity object and a subtab as "Opportunities" in service request layout.
When I clicked the Create oppty button, the created opportunity number have to save into the Opportunities sub-tab.
I have did Service request and Opportunity relationship but it is not taking the created opportunity.

If anyone aware of this, please guide me how to proceed.
