Wondering if there any differences in what data can be accessed via these two technologies

Am wondering if there any differences in what data can be accessed via BICC vs OTBI.  Do they have the same underlying data models they access or are they different?  Can BICC access data that OTBI can't?  Can OTBI access data that BICC can't?
