FBDI Callback API in Mulesoft

Has anyone implemented the ERPIntegrationServices callback API in Mulesoft?  Curious how you setup your WSDL, particularly to interpret the header of Oracle's callback response.  Working with a Mulesoft development team and they're challenged with how to interpret the "security" node in the header of the response.

I've found other articles on Cloud Customer Connect and MOS that describe how to setup the callback API on OIC and SOACS, but nothing that describes how to do so from a non-Oracle platform such as Mulesoft. Any help or advice on configuring the callback API in Mulesoft would be appreciated.
