Specifice requirements for calculation of performance goals
Summary
Performance should be rated with a number, the calculated rating is using weightContent
For some workers Goals will contain information on targets that will have effect on their Bonus calculation. Therefor an additional rating method must be created for this group. The ‘star rating’ must be replaced by a number between 0 and 100 that can be entered by worker (employee rating) and manager (manager rating).
This number will represent the percentage of target accomplished.
Note: this is different from the ‘star rating’, where 3 stars mean Meets expectations. The number is never above 100 (meaning goal accomplished, target reached)
This requires a section in the template that has a different rating model compared to competencies
