Goals appear out of order in Check-In document

Although I indicate the correct sequence of goals within the goal plan, they display out of order in the check-in document.

Has anyone figured out a way to display goals in the correct order in the check-in document? Even though you can indicate goal sequence within the goal plan, the goals appear out of order when you create a check-in document.

I've opened an SR for this and I've been told it's not a bug, but a display issue (not sure about this?) and I've tried "fiddling" around with the order I add the goals to the goal plan. Nothing works - they all appear in the opposite order that they should. Has anyone been able to figure this one out?
