We want to restrict employees from selecting Matrix manager type Participants in performance document using "Manage Participant Feedback".

Hi,

 

we have recently included Matrix Manager concept in Performance evaluation, while we have selected matrix Managers to be automatically populated and get access of PD (Performance Doc) and Employees are able to select other participants type i.e. "Peers", "Team Member" etc.  but also they can select any individual as participant of Matrix Manager which simply make that individual as good as automatic selected Matrix Manager , which is a serious issue.

 

We do not want employees to select "Matrix Manager" type participants while they can select other types( "peers", "team member") of participants on "Manage Participant Feedback".
