We adjusted the first pay period for 2021 using the Open Enrollment event, but now the FSA deductions are off by one pay period
We needed to have 27 pay periods in 2020, so we used the Life event rules to move the first pay period of 2021 (which worked fine)

However, the FSAs are all calculating for 23 pay periods instead of 24 (we have a few months with three pay checks and skip those; so we get 24 instead of 26)
