When a manager makes a manager change to one of their employees there are several line items that appear in the history view of the employee. For example, the manager ID as having changed the return from leave and short term disability. Which he did not because he only access to change the manager of his employee.
Is there an explanation as to what is triggering and happening behind the scenes that creates all these history lines only when a manager makes the manager change for one of his employees?
