Performance: Update Weights on Goal Plan When Weights Change in Performance Document
Summary
All fields on the goal plan sync when goals are changed in the performance document EXCEPT weightsContent
Goal weights are essential as they are part of the overall rating calculation in our performance document.
The reality is that we have employees who need to change their goals after the performance document has been created.
Once a performance document has been created, the ideal process would be for the employee (or manager) to make all changes to goals in the performance document (this is preferable to making changes to the goal plan then selecting Update Goals in the performance document).
