The benefits team have a requirement to suspend coverage where the required dependants for that level of coverage have not been met
They want interim coverage to vary depending on which dependants have been designated.
For example if the employee selects family cover (1 adult plus at least 1 child) but they only select their spouse to be covered, then interim coverage should be spouse cover (employee plus 1).until at least one child has been designated.
If an employee selects family cover but only selects their children and not their spouse, then interim coverage should be employee plus children until a spouse has been designated.
