Cannot select the correct Review Period and Performance Document

Hi,

When I try to create and searching for a Performance Document with the HR User, I cannot select the correct Review Period and consequently the correct Performance Document because if I try to open the dropdown menu, this message appears: "No suggestions to display".
Moreover, the filter Review Period is fixed to "MBO General Manager 2020" and so I have not the possibility to change the Review Period.

I've also tried to give seeded role to the HR User and in this case the filter Review Period correctly works.

What does it depend on?
